The MEN-tal Health Collective was created to help eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health in the male community.

We pursue this mission through 4 key factors:

• Group events including workouts, coffee meet-ups, and other social outings to encourage community building and open dialogue

  • A 90 day developmental journal specifically catered to men for goal setting & creating a space of individual vulnerability & accountability.

    • An online private accountability group to network, build community & share/seek insight on helpful tips along your journey.

    • Collaboration with mental health resources to provide counseling & other tools for men to improve their lives.
